Over 90% of our orders are processed and shipped within 2 days.


Shipping Procedure: Sale Items
Select shipping option during checkout, our shipping times and procedures are outlined below.


    Step 1: Order Receiving and Processing (1-2 Days)
    We begin processing your order the first day we receive it, all information is then sent to our shipping and receiving warehouse so it can be fulfilled.

    There can be delays at this stage if your order is not currently in stock.



    Step 2: Arrange For Shipment (1-2 Days)
    All orders that are processed and fulfilled are then picked up or delivered to the postal delivery/courier.


    Step 3: Postal Delivery (2-10 Days)
    The postal courier has received your package and it will be in transit for a length of time depending on your location and type of shipping you selected at checkout. 


    Local Delivery
    All local delivery orders for new products and rentals will qualify for free delivery one way for orders over $250. Rental orders over $500 will qualify for round trip free delivery.

    Orders not qualifying for free delivery, we can arrange for courier or direct delivery that will be charged to the customer. 

    *Free local delivery is only for the local lower mainland at this time*


    Additional Shipping Information and FAQ
    Shipping fee will be paid for upfront at checkout when placing an order.

    Standard shipping insurance is placed on all orders, additional insurance can be placed on the parcel when specially requested.

    Tracking will be available unless a no tracking shipping option is selected by the customer.

    Any additional taxes or fees including border duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
